Small corporate notification

Under the loan repayment moratorium, your Company may continue paying its instalments.

For the payment of your loan instalments you must make a notification. In the notification, you can indicate that you wish to pay all your instalments due from 19 March 2020 retroactively, or request the suspension of the loan repayment moratorium only for instalments due following the receipt of the notification.

In case of notification for the full period of the loan repayment moratorium, your request will be processed within 5 working days after receipt, instalments due since 19 March 2020 will be collected in a lump sum, therefore, please make sure that the appropriate coverage is available in your bank account simultaneously with the submission of the notification.

If you only wish to pay the instalments due after the notification, your request for a loan repayment may be fulfilled after the due date specified in the agreement, therefore please be patient until the loan repayment is set. We will send you a separate notification about the successful arrangement thereof.

Through MBH NetBANK (previously MKB)

If you have MBH NetBANK (previously MKB), MBH NetBANK Business (previously MKB) or PCBankár access

The authorised signatory (in the case of joint signatory rights, all authorised signatories) or the person with the right of disposal over the account may make a notification in the following manner:

1.Login to your MBH NetBANK (korábbank MKB), MBH NetBANK Business (previously MKB), or PCBankár account.

2.When using MBH NetBANK (previously MKB), click the ‘Contact Us’link in the centre of the page header.When using MBH NetBANK Business (previously MKB), select the ‘New order / Free format letter’menu item.When using PCBankár, go to ‘Order / Prepared orders’, and then select the ‘New order / Free format letter’menu item.

4.Copy the following text into the message textfield:

a) If you wish to make a notification retroactively with regard to all loans of the Company:

I do not intend to use the payment moratorium, I intend to settle all my outstanding debts under the loan agreement(s) from 19 March 2020, in accordance with the original contracting terms and conditions. I acknowledge that if I wish to make use of the payment moratorium at a later date, I may notify the Bank with another notification. I acknowledge that, based on my notification, debts incurred, overdue and unpaid before 19 March 2020 in respect of the relevant loan agreement(s) will also become due.

b) If you wish to make a notification with regard to all your loans for the period after the notification:

I do not intend to use the payment moratorium, I intend to settle all my outstanding debts due after the notification pursuant to the loan agreement(s), in accordance with the original contracting terms and conditions. I acknowledge that if I wish to make use of the payment moratorium at a later date, I may notify the Bank with another notification. I acknowledge that, based on my notification, debts incurred, overdue and unpaid before 19 March 2020 in respect of the relevant loan agreement(s) will also become due.

c) If you wish make a notification retroactively with regard only to the individual loan(s) indicated by You, in place of the brackets, indicating the contract identification number or the registration number(s):

(You can find the contract identification number or the registration number on the original agreement signed between You and the Bank, or on the Bank's letter of notification approving the loan application.)

What should I do if I do not wish to pay my loans? How will this look on the online interface?

You do not have to do anything if you do not wish to pay your loan during the moratorium period. The amount of the current monthly instalment of the outstanding loans will also be indicated on our electronic channels available to our customers during the period of the payment moratorium, however, in view of the payment moratorium, this will not be settled by the bank.

What happens if the loan expires during the loan repayment moratorium?

If you have indicated your intention to repay and all the instalments due are paid on that basis, the loan will expire in accordance with the original contracting terms and conditions. Otherwise, the term of the expiring agreement will be extended.
